For ordering custom bands:

Upload image of logo or idea if you have it
Type in the large text field the band colors (e.g. black band, white text, etc.) and indicate if you have a vector or high-quality image of your logo.
Click Submit

If having difficulty ordering bands:

Select "Want to Purchase Bands" from the dropdown.
